Ian Myers- CEO

Ian has over 25 years experience navigating complex medical systems and providing leading healthcare institutions with revenue cycle and staffing management solutions. He has successfully advised institutions and providers to cost effectively streamline revenue cycle management by engineering multi-shore business process solutions through IT enabled services. Concurrently, Ian has developed over 300 anesthesia practices spanning all types surgical specialties and facilities with revenues in excess of a billion dollars

Dr. Laxmaih Manchikanti

Dr. Manchikanti is an Indian American physician and anesthesiologist specializing in interventional pain management, professor, philanthropist, and author. He is the founder of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP) and the Pain Physician medical journal. He has been credited with advancing the evolution and development of interventional pain management as a specialty. Interventional pain management was recognized as a specialty in 2002 by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. In March, 2005 interventional pain management was provided with mandatory representation on the Medicare Carrier Advisory Committee. Manchikanti has served as clinical professor of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at the University of Louisville School of Medicine since 2012 and professor of Anesthesiology-Research at the Louisiana State University School of Medicine since 2017. He has served as chairman of the board and chief executive officer of ASIPP since 1998. He has been Medical Director of the Pain Management Centers of Paducah, Kentucky and Marion, Illinois and the Ambulatory Surgery Center in Paducah, Kentucky since 1992.

Jeff Mortier
Jeff Mortier brings over fifteen years of public policy expertise in the healthcare field with extensive experience in providing strategic advice and lobbying and policy expertise to executives of fortune 500 companies, industry associations, and non-profit organizations.
Jeff worked as a senior policy advisor for various Members of Congress focusing on their healthcare policy. He also has strong ties with political staff from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Jeff has extensive experience assisting provider groups navigate CMS payment policy. He has led successful efforts to increase reimbursement for specific procedures and securing coverage for new products.
